Cooking Instructions
Cooking with our chicken breast is simple and adaptable:
- Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and herbs. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Baking: Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Season the chicken breast with your favourite spices or marinade. Place in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the centre.
- Sautéing: Slice the chicken breast into thin cutlets. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil or butter. Sauté the cutlets for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
