Cooking Instructions
Cooking our pork chipolata sausages is simple and rewarding:
- Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the chipolatas on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 70°C.
- Frying: Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Add the chipolatas and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Baking: Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Place the chipolatas on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
