Delivery Policy

Free-delivery area:

It is our mission to provide high-quality local produce, in a convenient way to our customers. That is why we are planning to provide free delivery on all orders (minimum spend of £30) to local customers. Currently this will include any postcode starting with TQ1, TQ2, TQ3, TQ4, or TQ5.

Delivery terms:

We aim to deliver orders within 3 working days. Our working days are Tuesday-Saturday. Once you order, we will contact you with a suggested day for delivery. If this day doesn’t work for you, we will happily arrange a different day that is more suitable.

Delivery Times:

Between 4 and 8 pm

Returns/Refunds Policy

We are sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please get in touch via phone, email, facebook, etc. Quote your order number and we will do whatever we can to rectify any issues.

Where we can replace items that did not meet our high standards we will do so at no exra charge.
