Cooking Tips:

For slow roasting: Season well, sear the outside, then cook covered at 140°C for 3–4 hours with stock, herbs, and aromatics until fork-tender.

For pulled brisket: Cook in a slow cooker on low for 6–8 hours with BBQ sauce or your favourite marinade.

For smoking: Cook at 110–120°C over indirect heat for 8–12 hours until the internal temp reaches around 93°C. Rest before slicing.
