• Searing and Oven Roasting: Sear the pork loin joint in a hot pan with a little oil until browned on all sides. Transfer to a roasting dish and roast in the oven at 180°C (160°C fan) for 20-25 minutes per 500g, until the internal temperature reaches 70°C for well-done. Rest before carving.
