Cooking Instructions

• Braising: Brown the slices in a hot pan with oil. Transfer to a casserole dish, add vegetables, herbs, and stock. Cover and cook in the oven at 160°C (140°C fan) for 2-3 hours until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.

• Stewing: Cut into smaller pieces and simmer with vegetables, herbs, and broth on the stovetop for 2-3 hours until the meat is fork-tender.

• Freeze: For longer storage, tightly wrap the slices in cling film or vacuum-sealed bags and freeze. Use within six months for best quality.
