Cooking Instructions
Cooking our chicken drumsticks is simple and delicious:
- Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper, and your favourite spices or marinade. Grill for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
- Baking: Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Season the drumsticks with herbs and spices. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
- Frying: Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 180°C. Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper, and any desired spices. Fry for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
Storage Instructions
To maintain the freshness and quality of your chicken drumsticks:
- Refrigerate: Store in the coldest part of your refrigerator at 1-4°C and consume within 1-2 days of purchase.
- Freeze: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil, or place in a freezer-safe container. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
