🔥 Cooking Instructions:

Burgers & Sausages:
Grill, BBQ or pan-fry on medium heat until piping hot throughout, juices run clear, and no pink remains. Approx. 12–15 mins depending on thickness.

Chicken Portions:
Oven bake or BBQ over indirect heat. Ensure meat is cooked through to the bone — juices should run clear and internal temperature should reach 75°C. Approx. 30–35 mins depending on size.

Pork Loin Steaks:
Pan-fry, grill or BBQ over medium heat for approx. 6–8 mins per side, or until cooked through with no pink remaining.

🧊 Storage Instructions:

• Keep refrigerated below 5°C.

• Suitable for home freezing – freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months.

• Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Use within 24 hours and follow cooking instructions.
