Cooking Instructions
Cooking our lamb steaks is quick and easy:
- Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the lamb steaks with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to your preference.
- Pan-Frying: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil and cook the lamb steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Oven-Baking: Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Sear the lamb steaks in a hot pan for 2 minutes per side, then transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
Storage Instructions

- Refrigerate: Store in the coldest part of your refrigerator at 1-4°C and consume within 2-3 days of purchase.
