- Chicken Burgers: Combine minced chicken with finely chopped onions, garlic, herbs, and spices. Form into patties and grill or pan-fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
- Chicken Meatballs: Mix minced chicken with breadcrumbs, an egg, finely chopped onions, garlic, and your favourite seasonings. Form into balls and bake at 180°C (160°C fan) for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
