- Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and herbs. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Pan-Frying: Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil. Season the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Adjust cooking time based on thickness.
- Baking: Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Season the pork chops and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C.
